544g. mooshrooms ( marinated, pickled- home made)
2 t.s oat bran
1 t.s. potatoe starch
1 t.s. spelt flour
coconut oil for baking
1. Boil mooshrooms for about 5-10min. Leave to cool.
2. Grind with blender or meat grinder
3. Fry onion with carrot. Leave to cool
4. Mix all ingredients in the bowl.
5. Make with wet hands little burgers and bake in the pan in both sides.
