Bacon Cups
egg cup
Ingredients:
9 eggs
1 onion
Butter (for frying onion)
~ 10 slices of bacon
Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or butter.
2. Bake onions with butter till it gets light gold colour.
3. Place a slice of bacon into each muffin cup so that the bacon lines the edges of the cup.
4. Beat eggs and mix together in a bowl; ladle into muffin cups.
5. Put ham, onions into muffin cups. Sprinkle with salt, peppers and cheese on top.
6. Bake in preheated oven  about 20 minutes.

Put all ingredients in a bowl, and melt with steam.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer, and then pour over with chocolate.

Tortilla With Banana

1 Tortilla
1 Medium banana
Chocolate*
Greek style yogurt

Spread chocolate on tortilla
Put banana on top, and roll over.
Heat in the grill
Serve with greek style yogurt and chocolate

*For chocolate:
Dark chocolate
Coconut oil

Remove the ice cream from the freezer, and then pour over with chocolate.

Chocolate Ice-Cream

Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
Handful frozen strawberries
4 tablespoon greek style yogurt
Put all ingredients in food processor with S shaped knives.
Mix until smooth.
Leave in freezer to cool for about 30-60 min.

Avocado Muffins

1,2 c oat flour ~177g
1tb baking soda
65g brown sugar
45g coconut oil
1 avocado ~38g
1 egg
210g greek style yogurt
Raspberries
Mix wet ingredients to the food processor with S shape knives, mix dry ingredients and then mix all together. Put berries on top.
Bake 20 min 200 degrees
