Cottage cheese dessert

~220g cottage cheese
10g gelatine
~60 ml milk
Strawberries
1. Melt gelatin (7 minutes) in warm water. Then pour the gelatin into the hot (not boiling) milk and stir till gelatin granules dissolve.
2. Mix gelatin mixture with the creamy curd . Put berrys.
3. Pour everything into the desired shape or a special bag. Put in the refrigerator to solidify.
