~4TS apple vinegar
1 ts salt
1 cup water
(always check the taste and maybe you need more watter and less vinegar)
4 chicken fillets
1.Cut filets into medium squares.
2.Mix all ingredients for marinade, cut onions into circles, mix all together.
3.Leave for minimum 2h, or overnight in fridge.
4.Wet wooden stics, so it wont burn. Put on it chicken. Bake in grill.
5.Serve with black rice and vegetables.
