Yesterday I decided to insert more “cardio” in my routine.
I use to like to run, but now wanted to try – walking. Sooo, yesterday was 14 km in about 2h. and today only 6.54km, and in both days for lunch was smoothies.
Smoothie:
0.5 avocado
1 mango
1/4 pineapple
Almond milk
1. Put all ingredients, and blend until smooth.
