Pistachio Ice-Cream

Super easy, no eggs and only 3 ingredient pistachio ice-cream.

  • Heavy wiping cream (about 1 cup, but next time I will use 2 cups)
  • Condensed milk (1can)
  • Pistachio butter/paste (about 2 tablespoons)
  1. Mix wiping cream in one bowl.
  2. Mix condensed milk with pistachio butter/paste.
  3. Mix those two batters together carefully.
  4. Place bater in a container, sprinkle pistachio nuts on top and cover it with a plastic bag to prevent ice frost.
  5. Add container to the freezer.
  6. Enjoy 🙂
