Super easy, no eggs and only 3 ingredient pistachio ice-cream.
- Heavy wiping cream (about 1 cup, but next time I will use 2 cups)
- Condensed milk (1can)
- Pistachio butter/paste (about 2 tablespoons)
- Mix wiping cream in one bowl.
- Mix condensed milk with pistachio butter/paste.
- Mix those two batters together carefully.
- Place bater in a container, sprinkle pistachio nuts on top and cover it with a plastic bag to prevent ice frost.
- Add container to the freezer.
- Enjoy 🙂
