Apple Pie



15cm baking tin.


  • 0.5C Semolina
  • 0.5C Flour
  • 0.5C Brown Sugar
  • 3 Apples
  • 1tb.s Cinnamon
  • 100g Butter


  1. Preheat oven at 200C degree.
  2. In one bowl mix: semolina, flour and sugar.
  3. Grate apples with beetroot grater and add cinnamon.
  4. Take 15cm baking tin, cover it with little bit of butter.
  5. Start layering the pie: a) add 0.5C dry mix, b) add 0.5 apple batter c) add 0.5C dry mix d) add another half of apple batter e) add the last 0.5C of dry mix.
  6. Cut butter into little squares and add it on the top of the pie.
  7. Bake for abut 40mins.
