Mushrooms soup

Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Onion
Potatoes
Garlic
Cream
Salt, peppers
Water

1. Boil water with potatoes and garlic.
2. Wash and cut mushrooms and onion. Bake them together in a pan. Add salt, peppers.
3. add cream and bake for few mins.
4. Put mushrooms into pot with potatoes, mix well and bake for about 10min.
5. And then blend the soup.

Meatless Burgers

here I bring new delicious meatless recipe.

So you will need:
~1 cup portobello mushrooms (chopped and cooked)
1 can red beans
1 egg
salt, pepper, seasoning
leeks chopped
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon tapioca flour

1. Put all ingredients into food processor, and grind till all ingredients chopped.
2. Shape burgers and bake in the pan with oil or ghee.

New taste in my kitchen again. This time (and the first time) I try sweet potatoes. Very simple and easy. Just peel (or not), cut in any shape you like. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning, salt. Put little bit of ghee butter, and bake in the oven.

2015 Holiday

Hello You all,
at last I am at home. I was on vacation. Visited my family, my country.
It was so fun, we were spending time in summerhouse. Drive with bicycles in the forest. Eat blueberries… meet friends… and it was so hard to leave them all there.but I believe we will meet each other sooner than we think.

Burgers

Homemade Burgers:
hamb hamb2
1 kg pork mince
salt, peppers, seasoning

For onions:
2 onions
ghee, oil
0.5 teaspoon brown sugar
~1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

For topping:
Baby tomatoes
Cucumber

Sauce:
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Garlic

Burgers buns
Cheese

1. First prepare pork mince. Put your favorite seasoning and leave in the fridge overnight.
2. Second prepare onions. Cut onion in a half circles. Bake in the pan with ghee and oil till it get light brown color. Put sugar and vinegar. Bake for few min.
3. Bake burgers.
4. Prepare sauce. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
5. Collect burgers. Heat buns for few min on grill or in microwave. Put same sauce, put burger, cheese, onions, vegetables and put another half of bun.

2 Pork chops
Salt, pepper, seasoning

Ghee
Carrot
Onion
0.5 Broccoli
Cream
Salt, peppers, seasoning

1. First prepare pork. wash it well, put your favorite seasoning, salt, peppers. Leave in a fridge for few hours or over night.
2. Chop vegetables and fry in the pan with ghee. sprinkle with salt, peppers, seasoning. In the end put cream. Heat for a few min.
3. While vegetables are cooking prepare pork. First I bake it on the grill and later put in the oven for about 15-20 min 190 degrees.
4. Serve with green vegetables, put butter on steak.

Eggs With Vegetables

Eggs with vegetables

Ghee
3 eggs
1 carrot
1 onion
Tomatoes
Salt, peppers
Home made vegetable sauce
2 slices of ham

1. Fry vegetables with ghee till it soft.
2. Put vegetable sauce and bake for few min.
3. Crack eggs over the vegetable sauce. Sprinkle with salt ant peppers. Put lid on the pan. And bake for few min, till eggs are done.
