No Bake Protein Bars

150g. nut butter (I use peanut butter)
250ml coconut milk (use from can)
450g. oats
~5 scoops vanilla protein powder
1. Whisk coconut milk for about 2min.
2. Put protein powder and whisk for another 1 min.
3. Add nut butter and mix.
4. Then add oats and mix.
5. Put batter on baking sheet, put paper. Leave overnight in the fridge.



Overnight Buckwheat Flakes

Here is my favorite breakfast overnight buckwheat. I found it few days ago. I didn’t have oats, only buckwheat flakes. New interesting flavor in my kitchen.

So, you will need:
buckwheat flakes ~40-50g.
coconut milk
greek style yogurt
1sq. vanilla protein
chia seeds
Put all ingredients in the container, and leave overnight in the fridge. Next morning put all ingredients for topping and enjoy..

For topping:
1 banana
goji berries
sesame seeds
pumpkin seeds
coconut flakes

Every time you can change toppings, flakes, sweeteners and ect.
