Bacon Cups

Bacon Cups
egg cup
Ingredients:
9 eggs
1 onion
Butter (for frying onion)
~ 10 slices of bacon
Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or butter.
2. Bake onions with butter till it gets light gold colour.
3. Place a slice of bacon into each muffin cup so that the bacon lines the edges of the cup.
4. Beat eggs and mix together in a bowl; ladle into muffin cups.
5. Put ham, onions into muffin cups. Sprinkle with salt, peppers and cheese on top.
6. Bake in preheated oven  about 20 minutes.
